Pirelli Richard Burns Foundation Rally
The Pirelli Richard Burns Foundation Rally (formerly the Pirelli International Rally) took place on the weekend of 4/5 May 2013 and was the second round of the 2013 MSA British Rally Championship. It featured around 80 stage miles in the Kielder Forest complex. with 300 road miles.
The Pirelli Challenge Rally on 4 May is the second round of the 2013 NGK Spark Plugs BRC Challenge featuring approx 51 stage and 170 road miles.
- Start location: Carlisle City Centre on Saturday lunchtime for both BRC and NGK BRCC
- Finish Location: Carlisle Race course for both Championships, Saturday night for BRCC and Sunday lunchtime for BRC

Brief description
Using the infamous Kielder Forest complex, the event began in Carlisle town centre mid day on Saturday running into the evening, restarting on Sunday morning with a mid day finish at the Racecourse.
