Pierpaolo Parisio

Pierpaolo Parisio (1473–1545) was an Italian bishop and Cardinal. He is known as one of the three Presidents of the Council of Trent, at its first session in 1542.

Born at Cosenza, he was bishop of Anglona e Tursi in 1528, and bishop of Nusco in 1538. He was created cardinal in 1539.
