Physalaemus signifer is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, dry savanna, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
