Phyllonorycter kurokoi is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Japan (Kyushu).
The wingspan is 7-7.5 mm.
The larvae feed on Acer mono. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine is situated on the lower surface of the leaf.
