Phrynobatrachus acutirostris is a species of frog in the Phrynobatrachidae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwanda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
