The Philadelphia Phoenix are a men's ultimate team based in Philadelphia in the American Ultimate Disc League. They are in the Eastern Division with the DC Breeze, New Jersey Hammerheads, New York Empire, Rochester Dragons, and Toronto Rush. The team was introduced in the 2013 Season of the AUDL, replacing the Philadelphia Spinners, who left the league in 2012 to join Major League Ultimate. The Phoenix plays its home games at A. A. Garthwaite Stadium in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The Phoenix had their first franchise win on April 27, 2013 against the Rochester Dragons, winning 26 to 14 at home.[1]
