Phil Galiano is an American football coach who is currently the special teams and tight ends coach for the Rutgers University football team.[1][2] Phil is in his third stint at Rutgers University since 2003, with stops as defensive coordinator at Florida International University and as a special teams assistant in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in between[3]
