Peter Neil Temple Wells CBE DSc FREng[2] FMedSci FIET FInstP FLSW FRS (born 1936 in Bristol, England) is a British medical physicist who played a major role in the application of ultrasound technology in medicine.
Educated at Birmingham College of Advanced Technology (now Aston University), he is an Emeritus Professor of the Department of Clinical Medicine at Bristol University.
