Pepe Jeans London is a denim and casual wear jeans brand established in the Portobello Road area of London in 1973, and based in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Spain.

History

In February 2015 Pepe Jeans and Hackett London (part of the Pepe Jeans Group) have been bought by Lebanese group M1 and by LVMH subsidiary : L Capital Asia. Those companies were previously owned by Torreal Funds (31 percent), Artá Capital (16.4 percent), L Capital Europe (11.5 percent) and its managers.[1]

In 2015 Pepe Jeans announced the Group is adding a new brand to its stable of products: Norton Clothing, a tribute to the British heritage motorbike brand founded by James Lansdowne Norton in 1898 and its embodies the spirit of legendary motorcyclists such as Steve McQueen, Clint Eastwood, Che Guevara and Peter Williams.[2]
