Peninsula Business Services
Peninsula Business Services is a British company that provides employment law, HR, health & safety and EAP consultancy services.
Peninsula was founded in 1983, by Peter Done, who is the owner and group managing director.[1] The company is based at the Peninsula Building in Manchester, and employs 759 people.[2]
The company was started as a result of Betfred having to pay out £11,000 at an employment tribunal, due to what the Done brothers perceived to be a lack of legal support.[2]
He is as also the co-founder, with his brother Fred Done, of the high street betting chain Betfred.[1]
