Pen Mar, Pennsylvania is a census-designated place^[1] located in Washington Township, Franklin County in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as a portion of the community is located in Washington County in the state of Maryland. It is located on the Mason–Dixon line, very close to the community of Rouzerville. As of the 2010 census the population was 929.^[2]
