Paulo Centurión (born December 8, 1982 in Formosa, Argentina) is an Argentine footballer who plays for Universidad SC.
Paulo Centurión is the son of Argentine international footballer Cristino Centurión, and has played in three different countries: Paraguay, Guatemala and Puerto Rico. He is a Defense that is characterized by his strength, aerial ability and good technical condition.
Club Guaraní (Paraguay)
He debuted as a professional footballer at the Club Guaraní, on August 29, 2004 in the Paraguayan Primera División, entering the 38th minute replacement in the game that the club faced the Club Guaraní of Paraguay Club Nacional, March April 16, 2006, Paulo scored his first goal as a professional Club Fernando de la Mora for the date 13 of the Apertura 2006. Paulo milito into the team from 2004 until 2006 having a contract until 2008.
Comunicaciones (Guatemala)
In June 2006 he was hired by C.S.D. Municipal (Guatemala)

In the 2010 Torneo Apertura 2010 Club Guaraní gets to be champion of the Paraguayan Primera División thus achieving direct qualification for the 2011 Copa Libertadores.

River Plate (Puerto Rico)

Sol de América de Formosa (Argentina)

Antigua GFC (Guatemala)
