Paul Trabandt (24 October 1913 – 27 July 1991) was a Hauptscharführer in the Waffen SS during World War II who was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. This was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership by Nazi Germany during World War II.

Paul Trabandt was born on the 24 October 1913, in Reinfeld. He volunteered to join the SS-VT and was involved in the Anschluss of Austria and the occupation of the Sudetenland.

He was awarded the Knight's Cross in October 1943, when a platoon commander in the 2nd Battery, 5th SS Panzerjager Battalion, 5th SS Panzer Division Wiking, while serving on the Eastern Front.

He survived the war and died on the 23 August 1991.
