Park Kyung (Korean: 박경; born July 8, 1992), is a South Korean rapper. He is a member of the group Block B. Before debuting with the group he was part of the duos Harmonics and Blockbuster, both with fellow Block B member Zico.
Career
Pre-debut
Park Kyung started his rapping career by promoting underground along with Zico. He used the name Holke, which means Horse-K. Park Kyung debuted in 2009 with the digital single "The Letter" as duo with Zico.
2015: Solo debut
A teaser image for the solo debut of Block B‘s Park Kyung has been revealed on September 9, 2015. In the image he is seen on a swimming tube in a colorful ball pool. His agency Seven Seasons commented, “Park Kyung displayed special affection and passion while writing and composing his solo song. This will be an opportunity for him to grow as an artist.”[1]
A video teaser for “Ordinary Love” has been revealed on September 16, 2015. The short teaser clip shows a young couple, played by Park Bo Ram and model Joo Eo Jin, blowing balloons, watching them float up to the ceiling, and simply playing around. Park Kyung makes a proper appearance at the very end, chilling on a giant donut-shaped pool tube and giving the camera his trademark “Aaaaayt”![2]
Park Kyung has dropped his first official solo single “Ordinary Love” featuring soloist Park Boram on September 21, 2015.[3] The single top Melon, Mnet, Genie, Naver, Monkey3 and Olleh Chart. The single officially debuted at number 3 on Gaon Digital Chart.[4]
