The Parbhani Municipal Corporation is the governing body of the city of Parbhani in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The municipal corporation consists of democratically-elected members, is headed by a mayor and administers the city's infrastructure, public services and supplies. Members from the state's leading various political parties hold elected offices in the corporation. In 2011 Maharashtra State cabinet decided to elevate Parbhani along with Latur and Chandrapur to municipal corporation as city crossed mark of 3 lakh population in 2011 census and election conducted in 2012 after Councils term ended.[1]

Shri Pratap Bhaskarrao Deshmukh of the NCP was the first mayor of Parbhani Municipal Corporation while popular leader Shri Syed Khaled Syed Sahebjan alias Sajju Lala of Nationalist Congress Party was the First Deputy Mayor.[2] Parbhani city municipal corporation is located on national highway 222, near collector office Parbhani .
