Paraelongatoolithus is a late Cretaceous oogenus of Chinese fossil egg. It is similar in structure to Elongatoolithus, placing it in the oofamily Elongatoolithidae. It is known from a single broken egg which, when complete, would have been 17 cm (7 in) long and 7.2 cm (3 in) wide. The outer surface of Paraelongatoolithus was covered with a net-like pattern.[1]
