Pa'O Self-Administered Zone (Burmese: ပအိုဝ့်ကိုယ်ပိုင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသ [pəʔo̰ kòbàɪɴ ʔoʊʔtɕʰoʊʔ kʰwɪ̰ɴja̰ dèθa̰]), as stipulated by the 2008 Myanmar Constitution, comprises Hopong, Hsihseng and Pinlaung Townships in Shan State.[1] Its official name was announced by decree on 20 August 2010.[2] The zone is self-administered by the Pa-O people.
