PRAN-RFL Group is the Bangladeshi food-products corporation based in Dhaka, Bangladesh., founded in 1981. It is the largest food and nutrition company of Bangladesh, It is the largest exporter of processed agro products with the compliance of HALAL & HACCP to more than 100 countries. The company's principal activities are the manufacture and sale of fruit juices, snacks, soft Drink, cakes and dairy products.
History
The flourising journey of RFL started back in 1981,with the name of Rangpur Foundry Ltd.To eradicate poverty from the society and generate employment for the people of Bangladesh.Primary objective of RFL was to produce cast iron products specially tubewell,water pump and other farm implements with a view to ensuring pure drinking water and cheap irrigation facilities for the rural mass. PRAN has started its operation in 1981 as a process fruits andvegetable in Bangladesh by the late Maj-Gen (retd) Amjad Khan Chowdhury, a leading member of the Ahmadiyya community in Bangladesh. PRAN currently exports to more than 100 countries. RFL diversified its operations into the PVC category in 1996 and the plastics sector in 2015.

In recognition of contribution towards earning foreign currency, PRAN achieved "Best National Export Award" for 8 consecutive fiscal years (FY 1999–2000, 2000–01, 2001–02, 2002–03, 2003–04, 2004–05, 2007–08, 2009–10).
In recent times, PRAN is awarded "UDC BUSINESS AWARDS 2011" as the best food & beverage products manufacturer in Malaysia.
PRAN for the first time has received IMS certificate as the first food processing company in Bangladesh. IMS is known as combination of Environmental Management System ISO14001:2004 and British Standard Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series (BS OSHAS) 18001:2007.
