PANTAS was originally a program organised by Small and Medium Enterprise Department of Malacca Chief Minister Department that was managed by Azlieza Aziz. PANTAS event was directly monitored by state government representative, Syed Jaafar Syed Hussein. As part of declaration made during Bumiputera Empowerment Week in 2014, Small Medium and Enterprise Department was merged with Bumiputera Economic Department under Malacca Chief Minister Department to form a new division named Bumiputera Empowerment Department.

Agriculture and Entrepreneurship
First PANTAS event was a training event held on 30 April 2014 in Floor 7, Menara PKM, MITC, Ayer Keroh, Malacca. Thousands of applicants applied to participate in the event but only 40 of them were selected to attend the seminar. Agriculture and Entrepreneurship Exco cum Sungai Rambai assemblyman, Hassan Abdul Rahman officiated the event. As a member of state exco board who was in charge of economic affair in the state, he proposed the establishment of non-profit organisation, as a platform outside the state government body that cooperates with agency from federal government that empowers education and skill that directly affects economy of the citizens. Alif Asyraf was selected as the first President. Based on his suggestion, the non government organisation was named Pergerakan Teraju Aspirasi Keusahawanan or its acronym was voted as PANTAS. The subsequent meeting was held at Melaka Raya among the committee members on 7 May 2014. They discussed the method of opening membership to people who didn't attend the first event.
Consumerism and Quality of Living
First official meeting was held at Zubaidah MITC Restaurant on 13 May 2014 that was among others to introduce new members. It then collaborated under SME Corporation Malaysia (SME Corp.) to expand membership to states outside Malacca, and organised a nationwide tour. By its own initiative, PANTAS visited schools, colleges and other establishment in its aim to promote its existence as an organisation that aims to spread education on skill, economy, and consumerism. Besides education at schools and other establishments, PANTAS provides free consultancy to small traders and farmers in applying financial assistance from the government organisation such as SME Corp, TEKUN, FAMA and MARA.
Branches
It currently has network branches in Alor Gajah, Tangkak, Bangi, Petaling Jaya, Putrajaya, Seremban and Johor Bahru besides its headquarter in Limbongan, Malacca. It expands via education on consumerism and economy.
