Otyrar (Kazakh: Отырар ауданы) is a district of South Kazakhstan Region in southern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Shauildir.[2] Population: 56,246 (2013 estimate);[1] 53,131 (2009 Census results);[3] 54,017 (1999 Census results).[3]
