Operations-Centric Revenue Management is the science of dealing with operational constraints across all functional areas of an enterprise in the most effective manner to maximize the revenues. This paradigm is increasingly being adopted in Manufacturing, Distribution and Service industries as an equivalent of conventional Revenue Management typically used by Airlines, Hotels and Car Rental companies.
