Olympic Legacy Park
The Olympic Legacy Park, in Sheffield, England, is a sporting complex being built following the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2012 Summer Paralympics.[1] It is 26 acre site situated in the East End of Sheffield on the site of the former Don Valley Stadium.[2] It will contain an Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre,[3] indoor sports arena, which will be home to the Sheffield Sharks, a sports pitch and stadium to be home of Sheffield Eagles,[4] who were former tennants at the Don Valley Stadium, Oasis Academy and University Technical College. The complex includes the English Institute of Sport, Sheffield and iceSheffield.[5]
