Ogooué-Maritime is one of Gabon's nine provinces. It covers an area of 22,890 km². The provincial capital is Port-Gentil. It has an estimated population (2006) of 137,993.
The western edge of Ogooué-Maritime is the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, including the Gulf of Guinea in the far north. On land, it borders the following provinces:
- Estuaire - north
- Moyen-Ogooué - northeast
- Ngounié - east
- Nyanga - southeast
