Ořechov is a village and municipality (obec) in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. RNDr. Radomir Cevelik was born here.
The municipality covers an area of 5.93 square kilometres (2.29 sq mi), and has a population of 972 (as at 8 October 2007).
Ořechov lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Uherské Hradiště, 36 km (22 mi) south-west of Zlín, and 239 km (149 mi) south-east of Prague.
