In his review for Allmusic, Andy Kellman notes that seven songs on the album "had reached the Top Ten of the Billboard Hot 100" at the time of its release but its claim of having "the biggest new hits on one album" isn't quite accurate as a number of other songs "either narrowly missed or failed to land anywhere near the Top 40." Based on the tracks on the album, the series also displays the continued dominance of "European-flavored dance-pop" in the summer and early fall of 2012.[4]
