Northern California Power Agency

The Northern California Power Agency, located in Roseville, California, is a joint powers agency formed in 1968 to provide its members with electrical energy purchasing, aggregation, scheduling and management.[1][2]

The NCPA owns and operate several power plants in a 96% emission-free generation portfolio, including two geothermal units at The Geysers and several hydroelectric units.[1]
