Nino Batsiashvili (Georgian: ნინო ბაციაშვილი; born 1 January 1987 in Batumi)[1] is a Georgian chess player who holds the FIDE titles of International Master (IM) and Woman Grandmaster (WGM).

In 2012 she won the Group E (women's section of the RSSU Student Grandmaster Cup) of the Moscow Open.[2][3] In 2013 Batsiashvili won the 3rd Krystyna Hołuj-Radzikowska Memorial in Wrocław on tiebreak over Joanna Majdan-Gajewska.[4]

In 2015 she won the Women's Georgian Chess Championship[5] and the silver medal in the Women's European Individual Chess Championship.[6]

She was a member of the Georgian team that won the gold medal in the Women's World Team Chess Championship of 2015, held in Chengdu, China.[7] Batsiashvili also won the bronze medal on board four.[8]

In December 2015 she played a draw against reigning world champion Magnus Carlsen in the opening match of Qatar Masters Open [9]
