Nikki Jayne (born June 10, 1985)[4] is the stage name of a British pornographic actress.

Early life

Born in Manchester,[1][2] she grew up in the Wigan suburb of Beech Hill and attended St John Fisher High.[2] She also, with the help of some of her friends, ran the tea club at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Springfield,[1] but quit that in her early teens after discovering other things in life.[5] When she was 18, she had a breast implant operation and went from a 34A to a 34C.[1] After leaving school, she attended a local F.E. college and studied performing arts, business studies and psychology, but quit after just three months.[5]

Career

After turning eighteen, Jayne got a job selling advertising for the Wigan Reporter newspaper, where she worked for three-and-a-half years.[2] After quitting that, she worked part-time as a fitness instructor while at the same time working as a glamour model.[2]

In 2007, Nikki Jayne visited the ETO Show in Birmingham, where she worked modelling evening gowns.[1] While there, she was introduced to Gazzman and Dave from Harmony Films.[6] Jayne saw a copy of the adult feature film Pirates and shared her desire to be in an adult film like it.[7]

Three days later,[2] she was in the Czech Republic filming her first scene[1] which was released as The Initiation of Nikki Jayne.[8] Nine months later, Jayne was contacted by LA Direct Models who invited her to come to Los Angeles;[2] in June 2008, she signed a contract with Vivid Entertainment.[9]

Appearances

Released in June 2009, Jayne was featured on the cover of the September issue of the men's magazine Club and had a nine-page pictorial in the edition. Jayne shared the cover with Vivid Girls Meggan Mallone and Hannah Harper as part of a feature about the 25th anniversary of Vivid Entertainment.[10]

Other ventures

In April 2009, it was announced that she would be writing an advice column for the British magazine Men's World Magazine.[11]

Awards and nominations

Personal life

Jayne was born Samantha Haywood in Manchester, England and was raised in Wigan, England.[4] Contrary to some reports, Jayne is not Wiccan; this is partly due to a mix-up from people misreading Wigan.[19] Jayne states, "I come from a very open-minded family and they've always been supportive of my decisions, my aunt was a stripper and she probably inspired me because I always wanted to do something where I showed off my body. I'm probably a classic Gemini with both naughty and nice sides."[20]
