Never Turn Your Back on a Friend
Never Turn Your Back on a Friend is Budgie's third album, released in June 1973. A remastered version was released in late 2004.
This is perhaps the band's best known album and is notable for its inclusion of "Breadfan", one of the band's better known songs. Metallica recorded a cover version of "Breadfan" in 1988.
The album cover was done by Roger Dean, who has done much of the album artwork for progressive rock band Yes.
