Nepean Bay is a settlement located on the north coast of Kangaroo Island, South Australia on the southern shore of Western Cove in Nepean Bay about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south-south-west of Kingscote.[4][5] Nepean Bay was laid out by Nepean Developments Ltd in 1961 on sections 143 and 144 of the Hundred of Haines,
