Neottianthe is a genus of plant in family Orchidaceae. It is native to Asia and to eastern Europe from Japan and Sakhalin to Poland, including China, Siberia, Ukraine, the Himalayas, etc.[2][3]

- Neottianthe camptoceras (Rolfe ex Hemsl.) Schltr. (1919) - Sichuan
- Neottianthe compacta Schltr. (1924) - Sichuan
- Neottianthe cucullata (L.) Schltr. (1919) - from Poland to Nepal to Japan and Sakhalin
- Neottianthe luteola K.Y.Lang & S.C.Chen (1996) - Yunnan
- Neottianthe oblonga K.Y.Lang (1997) - Yunnan
- Neottianthe ovata K.Y.Lang (1997) - Sichuan
- Neottianthe secundiflora (Kraenzl.) Schltr. (1919) - Sichuan, Tibet, Yunnan, Bhutan, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Assam
