Narotam Sekhsaria

Narotam Sekhsaria’’’ full name - Narotam Satyanarayan Sekhsaria is an Indian businessmen and philanthropist. Born in Gujarat (India) business family involved into the Cotton trade.

He left his family business and together along with his family friends Suresh Neotia, Vinod Neotia entered into the cement business and established Ambuja Cements private ltd in 1983.[1]

Narotam Sekhsaria is chemical engineer from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and was among the 40th richest India according to Forbes.com. His current net worth was estimated to over $590 million.

He was the chairman of Ambuja Cements and ACC.

Narotam sekhsaria son Pulkit Sekhsaria is on the managing director of Gujarat Ambuja cements and daughter Padmani Somani runs NGO - Salam Bombay which works for children.

Narrator Sekhsaria has started an NGO, Narotam Sekhsaria Foundation, to support students for overseas education. He is passionate about collecting works of art.
