Nakornpayap International School is a K-12 International school founded in 1993 in Chiang Mai, Thailand offering an American style curriculum. The School is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and is licensed by the Thai Ministry of Education. It is a privately owned, for-profit business.
Nakornpayap International School (NIS) was founded by Orawan Chaisorn and later purchased by Piti Yimprasert. His daughter, Kritshya Yimprasert, currently serves as director of the school.
