Mysaifu JVM is an open source Java virtual machine for Windows Mobile. As of November 2009, it is the only open source Java SE-compatible JVM still in development for PocketPC devices.
According to "http://es.sourceforge.jp/ticket/browse.php?group_id=1890&tid=14200" this JVM does not run well under Windows CE.
