My Diamond Life is a mixtape released in 2013 by Californian reggae artist J Boog. Compiled by the record label Washhouse Hawaii in tandem with the clothing store Diamond Supply, the album was made available for free on Audiomack. Some of the 29 tracks are exclusive to the mixtape, while others are compiled from his previous albums.[1]

History

Production

After taking a break from touring from his last album, in July 2012 J Boog recorded a mixtape for Diamond Supply clothing, as well as new tracks for his upcoming studio release.[2] Many of the songs had been released on his previous albums, most of which had charted on the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart.

Release

My Diamond Life was released on October 21, 2013 on the record label Wash House Music.[1] It was made available for free on Audiomack, and Diamond Supply Co., a clothing store, also released a number of new clothing items in tandem with the CD.[3]
