Mukesh Batra is a homeopathy practitioner and the CEO of Dr. Batra’s Positive Health Clinic Pvt Ltd a chain of homeopathy clinics in India.[1] He received his degree in homeopathy in 1972 from Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic Medical College. Batra is the author of three books on homeopathy and writes for the column Heal with Homeopathy published in The Times of India.

Achievements

Batra was awarded the Padma Shri award for homeopathic medicine in 2012.[2] He received the Pride of India Award at the Indo Thai Economic Co-Operation seminar held in Bangkok in 2009.[3] In 2002, he received the Annual Salute Mumbai Award for excellence in medicine.[4] Dr. Mukesh Batra received Indian Affairs Impact Award for Homeopathy at the 6th Annual India Leadership Conclave 2015, an initiative of Satya Brahma..[5] Dr. Batra was conferred Business Leader of the year 2012 by Pharma Leaders.[6] In 2014, Dr. Batra also received from Network 7 Jury as "Indian of the Year 2014 - Healthcare & Medicine".[7]

Philanthropy

Batra's company sponsors the annual Dr Batra's Positive Health Awards to honor people who fight against disease and disability[8] and he donates the proceeds of his annual photography exhibit for charitable causes.[9]

International

Batra’s also has clinics located outside India in Dubai,[10] London and Dhaka. The company’s global operation took off with the launch of Dr. Batra's Homeopathic Clinic (FZ-LLC) at the Dubai Healthcare City followed by another Clinic in Jumeirah Lake Towers. The clinic in London is located at Harley Street.
