Mount Claremont is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the Town of Cambridge and the City of Nedlands. At 23.4%, it has a higher number of university or tertiary institution graduates than Perth’s average of 13.5%.

Mount Claremont contains the Challenge Stadium and the Western Australian Institute of Sport, as well as John XXIII College, Wollaston Theological College and lands owned by the University of Western Australia. It is served by various buses, and the southeast of the suburb is on the railway line between Karrakatta and Loch Street.
