List of most isolated mountain peaks of Canada

Barbeau Peak on Ellesmere Island is the highest point of Nunavut.

The following sortable table lists the 100 most topographically isolated major mountain peaks of Canada.

Topographic elevation is the vertical distance above the reference geoid, a precise mathematical model of the Earth's sea level as an equipotential gravitational surface. Topographic prominence is the elevation difference between the summit and the highest or key col to a higher summit. Topographic isolation is the minimum great circle distance to a point of higher elevation.

This article defines a significant summit as a summit with at least 100 metres (328.1 feet) of topographic prominence, and a major summit as a summit with at least 500 metres (1640.4 feet) of topographic prominence. An ultra-prominent summit is a summit with at least 1500 metres (4921.3 feet) of topographic prominence.

Of these 100 most isolated major summits, 57 are located in British Columbia, 14 in Nunavut, 11 in Yukon, 6 in Newfoundland and Labrador, 5 in Alberta, 5 in Quebec, 4 in the Northwest Territories, and 1 each in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Three of these summits lie on the border between Alberta and British Columbia and one lies between British Columbia and Yukon. Two of these summits lie on the international border between British Columbia and Alaska.

The first 52 of these summits each have at least 100 kilometres (62.14 mi) of topographic isolation and at least 500 metres (1,640.4 ft) of topographic prominence.
