Morrow High School is the eastern most secondary school in Clayton County, United States. Part of Clayton County Public Schools, it is located in Morrow, Georgia at 2299 Old Rex Morrow Road. The school's teams are known as the Mustangs.[1] . Middle schools generally associated with Morrow High are Morrow Middle School, Adamson Middle School and Rex Mill Middle School.

Clayton State University is the nearest post-secondary school, though some college-bound students enroll at the University of Georgia, Georgia Southern University, University of West Georgia and Georgia State University. Recent students have also attended Yale University, Brown University, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Georgia Institute of Technology, Savannah School of Art and Design, and Morehouse College. Morrow High recently lost accreditation for one year when the Clayton County School System lost accreditation. The accreditation has since been restored.

Morrow High School has recently had its share of students that have received the Gates Millennium Scholarship (GMS) founded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. In the year 2006, two graduating seniors received it, one going to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the other going to Georgia State University. In the year of 2007, three graduating seniors received it, one going to Yale University, one to University of Georgia, and another going to Clayton State University. In the year 2008, two more had received the award making it three years in a row for this school to have 7 students received full funding for any college of their choice.
