Crnogorska komercijalna banka
Crnogorska komercijalna banka a.d. Podgorica or CKB, (MNSE: CKBP) is a bank in Montenegro owned by the Hungarian OTP Bank.
History
Founded in 1997 by Milka Ljumović, the bank has 20 branches and ~250 employees. It was bought by Hungarian OTP Group on August 29, 2006 for €105 million.[1] Ljumovic remained as the bank's general director until April 2009 when she left along with her assistant Bosa Tatar.
Today
After eight years, with the network of around 30 branches and with around 300 employees, CKB is the leading Montenegrin banks. Main CKB resources are its staff and its clients. More than 10,000 companies and around 135,000 citizens have accounts and run their business in cooperation with CKB.
