Montalto Ligure is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Imperia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) southwest of Genoa and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of Imperia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 364 and an area of 13.9 square kilometres (5.4 sq mi).[1]
