Monifa Jansen; (born March 1993) is a beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Curaçao Universe 2011 and represented her country in the Miss World 2011 and Miss Universe 2012 pageants.

Miss Curaçao Universe 2011

Jansen who stands 1.74 m (5 ft 8 12 in) tall, competed as the one of 7 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, Miss Curaçao Universe, held on April 2, 2011,[1] where she became the eventual winner of the title, gaining the right to represent Curaçao in Miss World 2011.

Miss Universe 2011

Jansen did not take part in the 2011 Miss Universe pageant broadcast live from São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011 because she did not meet the age requirement to participate in the pageant. Jansen's first runner-up, Evalina van Putten, will compete instead in the pageant.

Miss World 2011

Since Jansen couldn't compete in the Miss Universe 2011 pageant she instead competed in the Miss World 2011 pageant in London, United Kingdom on November 8, 2011. She was placed 108th with a score of 134. She was in Top 77 for "Beauty of Purpose" Award.

Miss Universe 2012

Jansen will competed in the Miss Universe 2012 pageant after meeting the age requirements but failed to place in the semifinals.
