Moisés Fuentes Rubio (born 20 September 1985 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico) is a Mexican professional boxer in the Light flyweight division and is a former WBO Minimumweight champion and a former interim WBO Light flyweight champion.[1]
Professional career
On February 6, 2010, Fuentés won a ten round unanimous decision over Mexican Eduardo González to capture the interim WBC Youth World Minimumweight title, the bout was held at the Complejo Panamericano, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.[2]
WBO Minimumweight Championship
On August 27, 2011, Fuentés won a twelve round split decision over Mexican Raúl García to capture the WBO Minimumweight title, the bout was held at the Auditorio Benito Juárez, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
