Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami (Urdu: محمد يوسف تاریگامی‎) is the Communist Party of India (Marxist) Jammu and Kashmir state committee secretary. He represents the Kulgam assembly constituency in the Jammu & Kashmir legislative assembly.[1]He started from anantnag college as a student leader.He has won from the Kulgam constituency for 4 times - 1996 , 2002 , 2008 and 2014 . [2]
