ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc., formerly CMGI Inc., is a US company that provides supply chain management services to global technology and software companies across its worldwide operations. The company has operations in North America, Europe and Asia (particularly in mainland China)

History

ModusLink was formed as a merger between CMGI and Modus Media in 2004.

On September 29, 2008, CMGI officially changed its name to ModusLink Global Solutions, with the change of ticker symbol to MLNK taking effect on September 30, 2008.[2] CMGI held the original naming rights to Gillette Stadium, the home stadium of the NFL's New England Patriots.
