Mitsuaki Madono (真殿 光昭 Madono Mitsuaki, born on July 28, 1964) is a Japanese voice actor who was born in Osaka, Japan. He has a penchant for voicing characters who are supposedly jokers, but sometimes hide a more insidious nature (such as Emishi Haruki, Loki, Joker in Flame of Recca).
