K. Mithun Chamika Udayanga Perera (born 26 December 1986) is a Sri Lankan golfer. His father, Nandasena Perera, is also a notable golfer. Mithun is the winner of the 2009 Asia Pacific Amateur Championship in Mission Hills, China.[1][2] In 2010, he became the first ever Sri Lankan golfer to qualify for the Australian Open.[2] In 2011 he turned professional and currently plays on the Indian PGA Tour circuit and the Asian Tour.
He is the first Sri Lankan to have full card in Asian Tour and the first Sri Lankan to have multiple wins on the Indian Tour. His best finish on the Asian Tour is second at the ISPS Handa Singapore Classic in 2012.
