Miss Trans Star Internacional 2010, the very first Miss Trans Star Internacional pageant, was held on 1 July 2010, at "The One Discoteca and Club" Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Sixteen contestants competed for the crown. The winner was 25-year-old Bruna Geneve from Switzerland, who was crowned by Miss Transsexual International 2007 Cristini Couto.[4][5]

Miss Trans Star Internacional 2012, the second edition of Miss Trans Star Internacional pageant, was held on 3 June 2012, at the Teatré Victoria Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Sixteen contestants competed for the crown. The winner was 26-year-old Laviny Albuquerque from Russia, who was crowned by Miss Trans Star Internacional 2010 Bruna Geneve.[6][7][8]
