The Minister for International Cooperation (French: Ministre de la Coopération internationale) is the Minister of the Crown in the Canadian Cabinet who is responsible for overseeing Canadian international development strategy, including responsibility for the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). Christian Paradis was named to the position by Prime Minister Stephen Harper on July 15, 2013 at which time the position was restyled the Minister of International Development.

Prior to 1995 the post was held as Ministers of State (External Relations) (1982-1983) and Minister for External Relations (1983-1995).
