The New South Wales Minister for Industrial Relations is a minister of the New South Wales Government managing Industrial Relations NSW within the The Treasury and has responsibilities for matters relating to industrial and labour laws and regulation in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

The current Minister is Gladys Berejiklian (Liberal), who is also the senior department minister as the Treasurer.[1]
